Providers

Important

According to the permissions granted to your user profile, you may or may not be able to make changes to the settings in this page. If you have questions about permissions, contact your admin.

The Providers page (User Settings > Providers) shows a list of the existing message delivery providers (such as Google or Apple) and the following information about each provider:

Methods

Channels through which the provider delivers the notifications to the users. The only notification method currently available is Push.

Push Providers

Name of the provider

URL

URL of the provider. This information is completed in advance by the project team.

Status

Current status of the provider. The available statuses are:

Active

Users associated to that provider will be included in any new campaign and receive notifications.

Inactive

Users associated to that provider will not receive notifications. The provider can be reactivated at any time.

Deleted

Admins may assign this status to providers for identification purposes only—providers cannot be entirely deleted, as they are part of the history of the messages already sent.

You can filter the list of providers by name or by status. Click All Providers to open the drop-down menu and filter providers by name. Click All Status to open the drop-down menu and filter providers by status.

If you have the necessary permissions, you can change a provider's status. Find it in the list and click Edit (pencil icon to the right). In the Notification Method Edit panel that opens, click the Status drop-down menu to select a status between Active or Inactive.

Warning

The information of each provider must be filled in advance by the project team and should only be modified by admins. Applying any changes to this information may interrupt the connection to the provider.
