About Operating in Veritran

The Veritran Platform has several components and services that allow you to set up configurations for your environment and apps, and to control what happens behind the scenes of your apps' daily operations.

In this section of Veritran Docs, you will find complete user guides for the following components and services:

  • EMS: Platform service that allows you to manage content that includes promotions and points of interest (POI) based on geolocation.

  • IDM: Platform service that allows you to create, search, and manage organizations and users.

  • Audit: Platform service that allows you to obtain a history of updates made to entities in other platform components and services. It audits business entities, tracks how these entities were modified and describes how those changes impact on the platform business.

  • Middleware: Multi-user platform component that allows you to manage the functionalities associated to the Veritran platform's middleware and the products configured in the environment. It also provides tools to diagnose the platform and to manage the whole system's behavior and accesses.

  • Notif: Platform service that allows you to create, manage, and run custom-made messaging campaigns.

  • BRM: Platform service that defines and applies business rules to transactions by assessing and further approving or rejecting them.

  • Authentication Server: Platform service that allows you to control security, authentication and authorization elements for users and manage passwords and two-factor authentication tokens for any app in the Veritran platform.

  • VT-NET: Mission-critical system on which other high-performance applications are built. It involves a series of processes that run under the Linux OS, providing networking functions and transferring a high volume of data and manages lines, stations and application processes to process all requests that enter the system.
