Clients

In the Clients page, you can see and edit the details on the clients that you can associate to the users, environments, API tokens and permissions groups within Workspace Accounts & Environments.

The Clients page can only be accessed by partner and superadmin users, who can manage multiple clients and all clients within Workspace, respectively.

  1. Search bar and environment filter. To find a client, click the search bar and type its name. To narrow down the list of clients by environment, click the arrow and select an environment from the drop-down menu.

  2. List of clients. Refer to the table below to learn more.

    Identifier

    Short description used to identify the client internally.

    Name

    Client name.

    Environment

    Environment or environments to which the client has access. Each client may have access to one or more environments. Read Environments to learn more.

    More options

    Click the vertical three-dot icon to the right and then Edit client . The Edit client panel opens, where you can only modify the Name field. Click Save to confirm changes and be redirected to the Clients page. A pop-up message appears, confirming that the client was successfully updated.

Important

Only superadmin and partner users with the Create Client and Update Client permissions enabled can create new clients or edit existing ones. To learn more, read Create or Edit a Client.
