Create or Edit a Client

To be able to create a new client or update an existing client's settings, you must be a superadmin or partner user with the Create Client and Update Client permissions enabled.

Important

Client users cannot create new clients or edit existing ones.

To create or edit a client, go to the Clients page and click + Create New Client. In the panel that opens, complete the fields with the following information.

Client identifier

Enter a unique identifier for the client (max. 60 characters). This field is mandatory.

Client name

Enter the client's name (max. 60 characters). This field is mandatory.

Note

You can only use lowercase characters, digits and hyphens to complete these fields. Uppercase and special characters are not supported.

Once you complete the required fields, click Create. You are redirected to the Clients page, where a pop-up message appears, confirming that the client was successfully created. 

To associate an environment to a new client, go to the Environments page, where you can create new environments or associate the client to existing ones.

To edit a client, find it in the list, click the vertical three-dot icon to the right and then click Edit client. The Edit client panel opens, showing the same fields as the Create client panel. You can only modify the Name field. Click Save to confirm changes and be redirected to the Clients page. A pop-up message appears, confirming that the client was successfully updated.
