This integration allows the end user to ask for support through different channels (chat, voice call or video call), with on-screen guidance and a customized experience. This integration includes the following advantages:

Allowing a more efficient support provisioning through screensharing and co-browsing.

Use the Glia Call API in Studio
To use the GLIA Call API, you must set a lambda process with the functions specified below. These functions are available as blocks in your lambda processes. You can also add them as functions in your legacy processes. Click each function to see more details.
Configure the Glia Visitor Widgets SDK. | |
Start the SDK and enable communication. | |
Clear the current session after the communication has ended. |
Configure Glia SDK in Mobile Builder
To enable the Glia visitor widgets SDK in Mobile Builder, you need to find your app in the Applications page and open the Edit application page (vertical three-dot icon to the right > Edit) to edit it. Then, add the SDK in the Edit application page's SDKs section and select the platforms where you want to enable it (Android, iOS and Harmony). To do so, follow the steps detailed in Configure SDKs.
