User Status
In the User Status page (Monitoring > User Status), you can analyze the general status of a user and its associated token. Refer to the table below to learn how to look for information and read the data provided by AS.
Domain | Click the arrow and select a domain from the drop-down menu. |
User ID | Click the field and enter the app user ID whose data you want to analyze. |

All the fields in this section are mandatory.
To clear all the fields and start again, click Clear all. Once you fill in all the fields correctly, click Confirm.
If the system identifies the user ID and the domain, a new section will be displayed, including information about the user and its associated token. You can see information about the user status and the last time it was updated, and the token status and the last time it was updated. The page also shows further details on both the user and the token. Refer to the sections below to learn more.
In this section, you can see information related to the user, its confidence level and authentication attempts. Refer to the annotated image below to learn more.
Password. Time and date of the last password update.
Authentication. Authentication attempts performed by the user and their results. Refer to the table below to learn more.
Last satisfactory authentication
Time and date of the last successful authentication performed by the user.
Last attempt authentication
Time and date of the last authentication attempted by the user, regardless of its status.
Number of failed attempts
Number of authentication attempts failed.
Confidence level. Security model that defines the type of operations that can be performed by an app user based on the authentication methods that such user applies. For example, certain operations require the app user to have a level of confidence that is only reached by having more than one authentication method (i.e. credentials password and facial biometrics).
Level
Number that indicates the confidence level achieved by the app user. This number may increase or decrease in time if the app user adds or deletes authentication methods. This information cannot be edited in AS.
Last change
Time and date of the last change on the user's confidence level.
In this section, you can see information related to the user's token, its related seed, its creation and elimination status and its activation reference number. Refer to the annotated image below to learn more.
Seed. Cryptographic data related to the token status that is shared between the device where the app is used and the platform.
Generation of current seed
Time and date of the current seed generation. The current seed has been validated by the app user.
Generation of new seed
Time and date of the new seed generation. The new seed has not been validated by the user.
Additional Information. This section includes data on the serial number, which is used to identify the token and is used for internal support.
Creation and elimination status. Token status information.
Token creation
Time and date of the token creation.
Last elimination date
Time and date of the last token elimination.
Reference number for token activation. This section includes the time and date when the reference number was created. The reference number is generated upon the creation of the token and is sent to the app user to continue with the token setting process.
