Add or Edit a Device Blacklist Entry
To add an entry to the device blacklist, click New. The Create Device Blacklist Item window opens. Complete the following fields:
Product | This field is completed automatically depending on the product selected on the products drop-down menu. |
Code | Select the code to specify which criteria should be used to blacklist a device or devices. For example, if the Code is APP_VERSION, devices whose app version matches the one specified on the Value field will be blacklisted. The codes available are:

Value | Type the value associated to the code assigned above. For example, if OS_VERSION is selected in the Code field, the Value field must contain the operating system version detail. |
Brand | Type the brand of the device. This step is optional since it depends on how you fill in the fields above. |
Model | Type the model of the device. This step is optional since it depends on how you fill in the fields above. |
Active | Check Active to set the entry's status as active upon saving. The device or devices will be blocked from operating in the system. Leave Active unchecked to set the entry's status as inactive upon saving. The device or devices will be allowed to operate in the system. |
Click Save to create the entry on the blacklist or Cancel to discard.
To edit an entry on the blacklist, first select the product you want to work with in the Products drop-down menu. Then, go to Device > Device Blacklist in the Product menu, find the entry you want to edit and click Edit in the Actions column. The Edit Blacklist Item window opens, where you can edit the Brand and Model fields and activate or deactivate the entry. When you finish editing the entry, click Save.
