[en] To create or edit a a new version, open the Versions page (Configurations > Versions).

[en] Create a version

[en] To create a new version, click Create version. The Create Version page opens, where you can configure the settings of the new version. Refer to the table below to learn more.

Importante

[en] You will only be able to create a new version if the last version created is active.

[en] Version Number

[en] Version number set by the system. The number is defined according to the creation order and cannot be modified.

[en] Status

[en] Status of the version. The system sets the status of the new version as Inactive. An inactive version can only be activated if the last version created is already active. To learn more, refer to Activate a Version.

[en] Description

[en] Enter a short text to describe the version (min. 10 characters, max. 200 characters). This field is mandatory.

[en] Comments

[en] Enter any comments that you consider necessary about the version (min. 10 characters, max. 200 characters). This field is mandatory.

[en] When creating or editing a version, only the Description and Comments fields can be modified.

[en] Once you fill out all the fields, click Save. A modal opens, informing you that the new version includes the configuration of the currently active version. To continue editing the version's settings, click Cancel, or click Confirm to go back to the Versions page, where a message pops up confirming that the new version was successfully created.

[en] The new version must be activated to apply the authentication rules to the associated app. Read Activate a Version to learn more.

Sugerencia

[en] Versions cannot be deleted. Once you create them, you can decide not to activate them, but they will remain in the versions list.

[en] Edit a version

[en] To edit a version, navigate through the list of versions in the Versions page to find the one you want to edit, click the vertical three-dot icon and then click Edit. The Edit Version page opens, showing the same fields that must be completed when creating a new version.

[en] Make the changes you need and click Save. A modal opens, informing you that you are editing an existing version. To continue editing the version's settings, click Cancel, or click Confirm to go back to the Versions page, where a message pops up confirming that the version was successfully updated.
