[en] Products in BRM are bank services, such as checking accounts, deposits, credit and debit cards, investments, among others. Configuring the products involves the second step to be carried out in BRM, before defining the business rules. The previous step is to configure transactions that will be available in the app. The next step will be to define the profiles.
[en] You create products in BRM based on the business logic and needs of each client. Once you have created a product, you can apply rules to specific transactions and products.
[en] When do you create a new product?
[en] You must create a new product if you need to configure two business rules for one transaction and two different products.
[en] For example: the client requests to set withdrawal limits for ARS and USD. The limit for ARS withdrawals is ARS 100,000, and for USD withdrawals, it is USD 1,000. Therefore, in BRM, you will:
[en] apply the business rule individual amount greater than - Value: 100000 for the transaction named Withdrawal and for the product Savings Account in ARS; and
[en] apply the business rule individual amount greater than - Value: 1000 for the transaction named Withdrawal and for the product Savings Account in USD.
[en] The Products page (BRM Home > Products) shows all the products created, imported or edited by BRM users in your environment.
[en] Navigate the Products page
[en] On the Products page, you can see the details of existing products to define if they meet your client's requirements and, if necessary, make configuration changes. Additionally, if the product you need has been created in other environment, you can export it and then import it from your local device to your environment. If any of the existing or imported products don't meet your client's requirements, you can create one from scratch.
