[en] Export and Import

[en] Previous steps

[en] To be able to export configurable components and then import them in another environment, you must have previously prepared its design and technical documentation and created them in Studio.

[en] Who participates in the export & import instance?

[en] The implementer is in charge of exporting components and importing them in different environments for the project or in another project's environment.

[en] Where do you work?

[en] To work on this step, you must access your Studio environment and work with the module created for the project.

[en] Since configurable components are created or modified in Studio through the interfaces of a module, the import and export features can be used in two circumstances:

  • [en] Whenever your project required the creation of new configurable components or the visual update of existing components and you need you use them in another project.

  • [en] Whenever you need to take the configurable components to a different environment - for example, from the testing environment to the production environment.
